Head Linesman

Linesman has ample time to get to the goal line and then officiate back.  His current position is what most officials would have. (10/27/03)

Remember, holding can be called on every play.  This hold is not long enough or effective to stop defender who makes the play at the LOS.  Linesman never signals T.O. after flag and whistle. (10/27/03)
